The first"Evidence of Learning" which is a drawing/visual representation of their chosen vocabulary word will be due by Friday. Students should have taken this home today to work on as it cannot be done in one evening.
The first vocabulary test will be written next Tuesday, Sept. 23. Students should review 4 to 5 words a night and then by Monday night, review all 20 words. Students need to know the definitions of the words, their synonyms, antonyms, and how to use the words correctly in descriptive sentences. We will be reviewing every day in class as well.
Math--The next POW #2 is due Friday. Assignment 3.1 on pages 85 and 86-- questions #6,8,10,12,13,15, and 16 are due tomorrow. We will be correcting it together in class tomorrow.
French--Posters are due Thursday.
****Students have pledge sheets to start collecting pledges for the Terry Fox Run/Walk which will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 24/14.
****Students still need to bring in Kleenex to class, please.
