Daily Update--January 28/16

ELA: Silent reading for 20 minutes.

 -The first IRP's due date has been changed to Monday, Feb. 1st if some students still need the time to complete it.

Math: 6.1 in the textbook--questions #5a, #6 a and b, #7 and in problem format--#8,9,and 15 (pages 202/203) for MOnday.

SS-- Weekly News will be due Thursday.

 --A mini-vocabulary project on Egyptian terms is due by Wednesday as that is the day we will begin presenting.

ELA: Silent reading for 20 minutes.

 -The first IRP will be due the last week of January. No later than January 28th.

 --For the essay on The Outsiders, students had their body paragraphs 2 edited today. For Friday, the conclusion paragraph should be completed and they should start typing up their essay. Essay due date has been extended now to Monday.


Math: Subtracting fractions questions are due Friday.

SS--Map quiz will be written next Wednesday. Weekly News will be due that day as well.
--A mini-vocabulary project on Egyptian terms has been explained today, and students can start researching.
