ELA--Silent reading for 20minutes every day.
--As their Unit 4 Evidence of Learning, students are writing a Christmas short story based around a Christmas theme which we have been discussing in class. They need to be working on a story frame/plot diagram first and have it approved by me before they start their rough draft. This short story will be due by Dec. 19/20th so the plot diagram should be completed by Monday, the latest. A full explained handout with a rubric has been handed out and reviewed in class.
--The students also need to be working on their 3rd IRP (due just before Christmas break--Dec.19/20th).
MATH:
--Continually review the Conversion Chart (fractions to decimals to percents) to be prepared for the concept test on Friday.
--White worksheet due tomorrow to be handed in before the test.
