ELA--Daily reading--20 minutes
--Students should almost be finished their rough draft of the Bio-poem.
--They should also be working on the rough draft/good copy of their first IRP which is due by October 11. They have a detailed handout explaining the procedures and criteria.
--Unit 1 vocabulary test was handed back today, and students need to get them signed and returned to school tomorrow.

The grade 8 students dissected grasshoppers today, and they were wonderful, curious scientists!!
