Daily Update--Sept. 30, 2016

ELA--Daily reading--20 minutes
--Students should start on their rough draft of the Bio-poem.
--They should also be working on the rough draft of their first IRP which is due by October 11. They have a detailed handout explaining the procedures and criteria.

Math: --
 --Assignment Worksheet 3.1 questions #5 c and, #6 c and d, #7 c and d, #13, 154 a,b, and c, and 19 c and d are due Monday.


 SS-- Complete the 2-column note taking strategy for pages 16 and 17 in the textbook.

Science--8T-- Test on Tuesday. A checklist has been given out and we have discussed study strategies.


Science 8D--Test on Tuesday. A checklist has been given out and we have discussed study strategies.


French--Test on Monday.

***We need grasshoppers (or crickets or wasps) for our first Science dissection, so I have asked the students to collect/catch them and bring them to school--dead or alive. Thankyou!!
