Daily Update--March 12/14

 ELA-- There are still some short story projects missing which are due. The students who had an extension on their IRPs must hand in their IRPs.  February calendars need to be signed and handed in asap. We have started our "Evidence of Learning" for unit 6 which is a Word Scene---a story incorporating all twenty words, and drawing scenes to accompany the story. Students should have their story idea and working on their rough draft. No due date has been set yet.

 

Math- POW #19 is due tomorrow as there is no school on Friday. Get Integer unit test corrected, signed, and returned to school. Worksheet 9.1 questions are due tomorrow.

 SS--  Pecha Kucha Egypt power point presentations will continue. Those who still need to present should practice tonight and be ready for tomorrow. All presentations will be completed tomorrow. Notes from the presentations will be handed in after the presentations.

 

Science--Begin designing your optical device as it will be due next Thursday, March 20th. Unit test will be written end of next week.

 

 8R Science--Begin designing and building your optical device as it will be due next Friday, March 21st. Unit test will be written next Thursday.

 

 

 

All read-a-thon pledges and money are due asap.
