Tuesday, April 30/13

ELA--Students should have decided on an essay topic for their persuasive essay, and the research should be completed so they can start working on the outline.

Math--10.3 worksheet questions #1,3,5,and 7 for tomorrow.

SS--Study and prepare for the Greece test which will be written tomorrow.

Science--Begin preparation for the Inquiry Process Project.

French--Rewrite for the dictee is tomorrow at noon.

Daily Update--April 26/13

ELA--The letters of advice for"A Midsummer Night's Dream" are due Tuesday. Students are also working towards their next IRP-Book project which involves comparing two books. This is due roughly around the middle of May.

Science--Lab report is due Tuesday.

SS--Review all notes and textbook information for the Greece test which will be written on Wednesday.

French --Dictee is on April 30th.

Daily Update--April 24/13

ELA--Students need to be reviewing their Shakespeare notes for the test on Friday. They should be deciding on a topic for their persuasive essay and begin the research. Vocabulary tests for Unit 7 need to be signed and returned tomorrow.

Math--Worksheet 10.2 questions # 1 to 5, 8,9,10, and 12 are due tomorrow.

Science--Work on your Hopscotch and Crossword Puzzle which are due Friday.

SS--The remainder of the Webquest is due tomorrow. Start reviewing the notes that were persented to the class by your classmates and the information on the Webquest for the Greece test on Tuesday.

French--Dictee next Tuesday.

Wood working test on Friday.

Daily Update--April 22/13

ELA--Everyone needs to have their lines memorized as you will be performing the skits tomorrow morning. Do not forget props and costumes.

Math--Review 1-step linear equations (10.1) as I will be giving you a short assessment tomorrow to make certain that you are showing your work correctly. Rewrite of the last chapter will be written on Thursday.

Science--Work on your hopscotch/crossword of 20 words from the Fluids unit.

SS--Work on the Web Quest and have #1 to 11 completed after our first SS class tomorrow.

ELA--The timeline for Shakespeare is due Monday. Practice your lines as you will be presenting your skits on Monday.

Math--Textbook 10.1 questions # 7, 11 to 14,17b and d, 18 a and d, and 21 for MOnday.

Science--Complete the booklet on Particle Theory of Matter.

ELA--Vocabulary unit 7 test is tomorrow. Work on the Shakespeare timeline which is due Friday or Monday.

Science--Get test signed and work on the Particle Theory of Matter Part 1 and 2 for tomorrow.

SS--Get test signed.

French--Adverb sheet due tomorrow.

ELA--Work on your Shakespeare timeline which is due either Friday or Monday. You should be memorizing your lines for your skit presentation for Monday. Review unit 7 vocabulary words for Friday's test.

Math--Get corrections on the unit test done for tomorrow. Get test signed and returned for tomorrow.  Extra help starts tomorrow for next week's rewrite.

Science--Last chance to bring in signed tests.

SS--Practice your presentation.

8R--Last chance to bring in signed tests. Particle theory of matter booklet is due tomorrow.

French--Adverb sheet due Friday.
