Daily Update--June 9/14

Daily Update--June 6/14

 
ELA--A few IRPs are still overdue and must be handed in asap. The rough drafts for Chapters 3, 4, and 5 of the Memory Book should be done, and students should have their wordle printed off. The entire booklet (ready for stowing away) is due June 18th. In terms of novel work, students should have chapter 7 read along with jot notes of plot events for the summary. Chapter summary of both chapters 7 and 8 will be due by Friday. May reading calendars need to be signed.

Math--The Math exam has been scheduled for tomorrow Wednesday, June 11th. Students have been given a checklist and should be reviewing concepts as we have been in class. Students should review any concept that they feel they are a bit weak in tonight. Have a good rest tonight and eat a nutritious breakfast tomorrow morning. Have pencils, erasers, and a calculator for the exam.

Social Studies--Research your family's coat of arms, and decide on a cover for your shield.

Science--Students should be designing and building a toy for the Design Process Project which is due June 16th. Unit test checklist has been given out. Continue to review for the test which will be written on Thursday, June 12/14.

We had a successful Track Meet today! Congratulations to all participants and winners!!!!

Math--The Math exam has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 11th. Students have been given a checklist and should be reviewing concepts as we will be in class as well. The rest of the exam review package is due tomorrow. Make a list of concepts/questions you would like more review.

May reading calendars need to be signed.

Math--The Math exam has been scheduled for next Wednesday, June 11th. Students have been given a checklist and should start reviewing concepts as we will be in class as well. In the exam review package, questions #13,14,19,20, and 21 should be done for Monday morning.

Science--Begin designing a toy for the Design Process Project which is due June 16th. Unit test checklist has been given out. Begin review by checking that you have all the notes and they are in order. In the test review package have Part A and B done for tomorrow.

Begin review by checking that you have all the notes and they are in order. In the test review package begin answering Part A. No homework in Science tonight as it is the Arts Appreciation Night.
